Mushrooms on the verge

Spotted these mushrooms growing on the verge on my way home from work this evening.

With these dusky pinkish-brown gills, ...

this stem which tapers towards the base, ...

And that fugacious ring, ...

I reckon it's a Field Mushroom Agaricus campestris.
